Family Suite Relax

Prices are per person per night, including our ¾ luxury board.
They vary depending on room category and availability – book early to secure the best price.
A local tax of € 3.50 per person per night (over 14 years of age) is payable on site.
A surcharge applies to double rooms used for single occupancy – we will be pleased to specify the exact amount upon request.

Will you be visiting us in the summer months? Book our all-inclusive package for your stay and enjoy selected drinks every day from the morning until 11:00 pm. Further information is available here.

Your room will be ready for you at approx. 3:00 pm on your day of arrival. If you’re arriving later than 7:00 pm, please send us a brief notification.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am on your day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and charged separately.

Your reservation will become binding as soon as we receive your confirmatory deposit payment:
For winter stays, this is € 500.00 per room, for summer bookings, € 300.00 per room.

Please provide your booking number when paying by bank transfer.

If you do not wish to use any booked beauty or wellness treatments, we kindly ask that you cancel them as soon as possible – at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we will be forced to charge you 80% of the price.

Unused services cannot be refunded – we thank you for your understanding.

We will be happy to take requested room numbers and floors into account, but are unable to offer any guarantees.

You are welcome to pay your hotel bill in cash; we also accept payments with major credit cards.
Please note, however, that we do not accept American Express cards or business credit cards.

We do not accept bank checks – we ask for your understanding.

Should the tax regulations or wider trading conditions change, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.

Although there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the Italian Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), we are pleased to provide you with the following fair trading conditions.

In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions apply

• Up to 31 days before the date of arrival: € 40.00 administrative fee
• 30 to 15 days before the date of arrival: 40% of the cost of the booking
• 14 to 8 days before the date of arrival: 70% of the cost of the booking
• In the last week before the date of arrival: 90% of the cost of the booking

In the event of premature departure, we will charge the actual days stayed plus 90% of the remaining total price for unused services.
Please note: Cancellations are only valid in writing.

We recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance, which is available to book on our website!

Dogs are welcome to stay upon request. We charge € 25.00 per dog and night (not including dog food).
Depending on availability, we will be pleased to provide a dog bed and a bowl.
Please note however, that dogs are not allowed in our dining area or spa area.
If additional cleaning is necessary, we reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee.
