The hike starts in the small village of Welschellen. The path to the hut leads along a forest road which offers opportunities for gentler detours where the terrain is steeper. Those who feel like extending the tour by 230 meters of elevation and 4 km can continue to the summit of Col dal Lé and the Glittner Lakes.
