Follow the gravel road until you reach the hut. The Rit Alm is beautifully situated and offers breathtaking views of the Heiligkreuzkofel massif, the Puez-Geisler Group, and the entire Badia Valley. If you continue for less than 1 km on a level path from the hut, you will reach the Ritkreuz (Crusc da Rit). The view here is even more impressive, as you can also see St. Vigil, the Kronplatz and the Ahrntal Valley behind it.
