Lagazuoi, Falzarego Pass
This short but challenging hike starts at the cable car station at the Falzarego Pass. The trail follows the “Sentiero del Fronte” and initially leads straight before zigzagging uphill. Although the ascent to the summit of the small Lagazuoi only covers 3 km, the steep incline makes it a challenging trek. At the top cable car station, you pass the Rifugio Lagazuoi mountain hut before continuing a short distance to the summit cross. There, a breathtaking view of the surrounding Dolomite landscape awaits you. The descent can be taken via the same trail or more conveniently by cable car back to the car park.
