A hiking recommendation for the whole family! The Gönner Alm is located above Oberwielenbach in the Puster Valley, at the foot of the distinctive Rammelstein. It is one of the most popular alpine huts in the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park. There are several paths to reach the Gönner Alm. Those who choose the forest road can also complete the hike with a mountain bike or stroller. A trip to the impressive Earth Pyramids is an absolute must. These unique column formations made of clay were formed over centuries by landslides, water, snow melt and erosion – and captivate with the large stones that they carry on their tops.
