The Haunold is the excursion mountain for families. The four-seater chairlift is 3 minutes away from the centre of San Candido and quickly takes you up to 1,500 m above sea level. Flowering meadows and lush grass mats radiate a carefree tranquillity and are an excellent playground for young and old. The mountain station is the starting point for numerous hikes.

You will also find many entertainment options for children such as "Funbob", the giant kingdom of Haunold with various children's festivals, the dwarf village and also an Alpine Relax Zone.
