Our hotel offers a wide proposal for culinary gourmets. The first-class chef Karl Kofler has been a part of the team for many years and caters for memorable culinary experiences. Karl Kofler conjures regional and italian delicacies, which are refined with herbs and spices. Based on the motto „the sizzle sells the steak“, the dishes are prepared and served with a lot of affection.

At the south-tyrolean gourmet-Hotel Kristall, every evening new culinary delights are prepared. Alongside the 6-course-selection menu you can choose a good wine from our wine list.

The highlight of the holiday week are the themed dinners, that range from the Tyrolean to the Italian kitchen. Your palate is going to be pampered with a weekly Gala Dinner, aperitif with snacks and dessert buffet.
