As usual, we will welcome you with shiny eyes and a gentle smile. This year unfortunately, without the familiar handshake, however, the warmth and kindness remains of course. You will for sure experience an unforgettable holiday in the mountains of South Tyrol.
We all have the responsibility to protect each other and ourselves. Only together we can make this summer as enjoyable and safe as always.Here we show you the steps we take to avoid the spread of Covid-19.
Good hygienic conditions have always been very important to us. The actual situation makes them even more intense.

Check In:

You are free to do the check in already at home. The link you can find in your reservation email. This will shorten the waiting time at the reception.
At your arrival, we welcome you as kind as usual. We wear our facial mask.

“Negativity” is the new “Positivity”

  • Two times a week our guests have the possibility to make a rapid antigen test. The test and the evaluation are made directly in the hotel.
  • As well our co-workers make the test regularly.

Culinary:

Our service-staff spoils you as usual with their friendliness and warmth, even though all our workers wear a facial mask for all our safety. Our restaurant rooms are specious, so we can keep the distance between the tables without any problems.

Breakfast: You can have breakfast at your table without facial mask. The distance will be kept between other guests. As usual, you can serve yourself at our buffet from 7.30 am until 10.30 am. At the buffet, our staff and all guests must wear a facial mask.
Afternoon snack: Our buffet in the afternoon is open again from 2.00 pm until 4.30 pm. At the buffet, our staff and all guests must wear a facial mask.
Dinner: We serve all our meals, as usual. You can serve yourself at the salad and vegetable buffet. There you find as well our assortments of bread and cheese and different flavors of ice cream. At the buffet, our staff and all guests must wear a facial mask.

 Cleaning standards and disinfection of our hotel rooms

Our housekeeping staff is trained to the new procedure with the highest hygiene measures.
Sealed cleaning measurement- for each room we will use new cleaning utensils (for example new cleaning rags and fresh water).
All rooms are going to be disinfected for each arrival. We trust on 🇨🇭Swiss Hygiene Technologies air professional for our cleaning procedure.
For the cleaning procedure, our staff will wear gloves (which will be replaced after every single room).
The rooms are thoroughly ventilated during the cleaning progress

We are using the professional products of Hygan, this brand is well known for their antibacterial and antiviral effect. We are using the sanitizer Sanirain, a medical aid (Reg. N. 19910): bactericide, virucide and fungicide.

Cleaning standards and disinfection of public areas

At least two times a day we are going to disinfect critical points as door handles and elevator buttons with professional sanitizer.
All public areas are going to be disinfected with professional sanitizer.
For the cleaning procedure, our staff will wear masks.
The public areas will be thoroughly ventilated.
In each floor, we will provide hand sanitizers.
All our laundry will be washed with biodegradable detergents. Towels, robes and sheets will be washed at 85 degrees.

Cleaning and disinfection of the kitchen and the kitchen area

For the processing and preparation of food, we will look deep into the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) which is a strict hygienic guideline

Restaurant and Bar

The prescribed minimum distance is observed in the restaurant
Our service staff will wear facial masks for the preparation of the buffet and the restaurant

Wellness, swimming pool, sauna and SPA area

At the moment our dipartment of Spa remains closed. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
We provide hand sanitizer and sanitizer for our wellness couches in our relaxing rooms.
The indoor and outdoor swimming pool and as well the Jacuzzi is opened for you.
Two of our saunas are opened. A maximum of 4 people can use one sauna (Exceptions are family members)
The saunas will be disinfected.

In our rooms and suites, we provide a working desk and chair
The closed hospital inclusive first aid is located in Bruneck (15km away)
Our hotel is located in the heart of forests and grasslands
Geiselsberg is a small part of Olang/Valdaora, located on 1350m, which means you have plenty of space without a big crowd of people

For an uncomplicated check out, on request, we send you your bill with all details via e-mail. The payment will be done at the reception.

We loosen up our cancellation policy for your summer holidays 2021:

From July on the following policy is valid:

  • Up to 30 days before the start of your holiday, there is no cancellation fee.
  • For the period between 30 days and 14 days before the day of you’re arrival, we will charge you 40% of the total price.
  • For cancellations between 14 days and one week before the start of your holiday, we will charge you 70% of the total price.
  • If you cancel less than 1 week before the start of your holiday, we will charge you 90% of the total price.
  • Early departure: In case of an anticipated departure we will calculate the full price of the services you’ve taken advantage of and 90% of the price of the remaining booked service that haven’t been used.

We loosen up our cancellation policy for your winter holidays 2021/22:

  • Up to 45 days before the start of your holiday, there is no cancellation fee.
  • For the period between 45 days and 1 month before the day of you’re arrival, we will charge you 40% of the total price.
  • For cancellations between 1 month and one week before the start of your holiday, we will charge you 70% of the total price.
  • If you cancel less than 1 week before the start of your holiday, we will charge you 90% of the total price.
  • Early departure: In case of an anticipated departure we will calculate the full price of the services you’ve taken advantage of and 90% of the price of the remaining booked service that haven’t been used.

Cancellation is possible only in written form.

Cancellation policy Covid19:

  • If the boarders to our region are closed and South Tyrol is classificated as risk area, the deposit will be refunded. There are no cancellation fees.
  • If your country closed the borders and it is not possible for you to travel, we will credit the paid deposit as a Voucher for your next vacation. No further cancellation fees are required.

In any case, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This can be concluded with us on the following page.
