From the Mudlerhof parking lot, continue straight ahead on the wide forest path. The hike is consistently gently inclining. Following the same path through the forested slopes, you will reach the Taistner Vorderalm. From the sunny terrace of the alpine hut, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Dolomites. The hut is rustic, the food is delicious, and hospitality is a top priority. The return journey can follow the same route. Those who wish to extend the hike can return via the Lutterkopf summit. This variant is 1.7 km longer and requires an additional 170 meters of descent.
