The hike begins at the Rit parking lot, where you first follow the wide gravel road. After about 2 km, you reach a signpost and turn right onto a narrow forest path. The trail winds through a small wooded area, passing roots and rocks, and then steeply zigzags up the hill.

Soon, you reach a beautiful, hilly green landscape and turn left, where you can already spot the summit cross. The final stretch takes you over rocks to the top of Pares. It’s worth continuing along the path a little further beyond the summit, as you can enjoy an even better view from a raised point. The descent follows the same route as the ascent.
