The hike starts at the inn "Bad Bergfall" (bus stop or parking available) and initially follows a wide path along the Furkelbach stream. You follow the signs and later ascend through the forest. Via the "Dreifingerlahne," the trail climbs steeply to the Dreifinger ridge, where you stay to the left and can optionally take a detour to the summit of Dreifingerspitze.

Alternatively, follow trail No. 3 further to the beautifully situated Lake Hochalpensee (Le de Fojedöra) in the Fanes-Senes-Prags Nature Park, within the municipality of Enneberg. From there, head to the Lapedur ridge (Ju dles Slapadures) and descend to the Jäger hut. Finally, the trail leads down through the Langtal valley back to the starting point.
