Dear guests, here we give you an overview of our adaptation of measures to combat the transmission of the Covid 19 virus.
Good hygienic conditions have always been very important to us. The actual situation makes them even more intense.
You can count on us!
To enter Italy you need a digital EU Covid certificate (Greenpass), to proof a complete Corona vaccination, having recovered from a Covid 19 infection in the last 6 months or a negative test result.
For other areas (accommodation, restaurants...) guests do no longer need a Green Pass. There is no mask requirement for our guests.
You are free to do the check in already at home. The link you can find in your reservation email. This will shorten the waiting time at the reception.
Even the palate will not be restricted. Our service team will spoil you with their usual warm friendliness, even though all our staff wear a facial mask for protection and safety. In our restaurant we can easily maintain the distance between tables.
- Our head chef Karl will then spoil you with his excellent dishes characterised by high quality regional cuisine, both in the use of top quality products and in their preparation.
- Breakfast: From 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., you can serve yourself at the buffet.
- ¾ board: From 2 p.m. to 4.30 p.m., the afternoon buffet will be available as usual.
- Dinner: As usual, all dishes are served by us. The salad buffet, the bread selection, the cheese assortment, as well as the ice cream vetrine are available at the buffet.
Cleaning standards - hotel rooms
Our housekeeping staff is trained to the new procedure with the highest hygiene measures.
Sealed cleaning measurement- for each room we will use new cleaning utensils (for example new cleaning rags and fresh water).
All rooms are going to be disinfected for each arrival. We trust on Swiss Hygiene Technologies air professional for our cleaning procedure.
The rooms are thoroughly ventilated during the cleaning progress
We are using the professional products of Hygan, this brand is well known for their antibacterial and antiviral effect. We are using the sanitizer Sanirain, a medical aid (Reg. N. 19910): bactericide, virucide and fungicide.
Cleaning standards - public areas
At least two times a day we are going to disinfect critical points as door handles and elevator buttons with professional sanitizer.
All public areas are going to be disinfected with professional sanitizer.
For the cleaning procedure, our staff will wear facial masks.
The public areas will be thoroughly ventilated.
In each floor, we will provide hand sanitizers.
All our laundry will be washed with biodegradable detergents. Towels, robes and sheets will be washed at 85 degrees.
Cleaning and disinfection of the kitchen and the kitchen area
For the processing and preparation of food, we will look deep into the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) which is a strict hygienic guideline
Wellness & SPA
We provide hand sanitizer and sanitizer for our wellness couches in our relaxing rooms.
The indoor and outdoor swimming pool and as well the Jacuzzi is opened for you.
Die Saunen sind geöffnet. Es dürfen maximal 4 Personen eine Sauna betreten. Ausnahmen sind Personen des selben Haushalts. Die Saunen werden nach dem Gebrauch gereinigt.

We loosen up our cancellation policy for your holidays
Up to 30 days before the start of your holiday, there is no cancellation fee.
For the period between 30 days and 14 days before the day of you’re arrival, we will charge you 40% of the total price.
For cancellations between 14 days and one week before the start of your holiday, we will charge you 70% of the total price.
If you cancel less than 1 week before the start of your holiday, we will charge you 90% of the total price.
In case of an anticipated departure we will calculate the full price of the services you’ve taken advantage of and 90% of the price of the remaining booked service that haven’t been used.
Cancellation policy Covid19
If the boarders to our region are closed, South Tyrol is classificated as risk area and holidays are, even with the Greenpassare, not possible , the deposit will be refunded. There are no cancellation fees.
In any case, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This can be concluded with us on on the following page. This insurance covers you as well if you are tested positive on Covid19.
