The winter sport district starts right in front of our door. The Plan de Corones (2275 m) is our ‘local’ mountain, and it will be your access key to the ‘Dolomiti Superski’, the largest skiing network in Italy. A single skipass allows beginners and pros alike, to access as much as 510 km of ski tracks, designed for every level and type of challenge, and use more than 205 ski-lifts across 5 truly exceptional skiing resorts. The 40 km Sella-Ronda track connects the 4 Ladin valleys, namely Alta Badia, Gardena, Fassa and Arabba, with the val Pusteria and Plan de Corones ski resort.
For those wanting to learn or master their style on skis or snowboard, Plan de Corones has various schools offering qualified training in both disciplines. “Rent and Go” rental service is available with all the winter sports equipment you may need. And of course you must not forget to visit one of the traditional chalets, nor miss out on the contagious happiness of ‘après ski’.
