Karl Kofler – good old Karl is part of the house inventory by now. Loyal to us from almost 13 years, he certainly knows how to treat our guests to South Tyrol, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine specialties. He’s already received the most flattering compliments from our guests and he is the feather in our hat.

Andreas - The young "wild one", has worked with us for a year and a half as kitchen service. His creative ideas are admired by everyone...

Laszlo

Laszlo - has been with us for a few years ad a dishwasher and knows the hotel inside out.

Sylvia

Sylvia - Sylvia has been with us continuously for over 17 years, with the exception of her two maternity leave periods. You can always rely on Sylvia.

Agnes – After being back in Hungaria for two years, Agnes and her boyfriend will be back with us again for the winter season. This year they’ll celebrate their tenth anniversary at Kristall. We are particularly glad to have them back with us.

Csaba – Agnes husband is the factotum in the true meaning of the word. He carries luggage, shovels the snow, replaces light bulbs, drives the shuttle bus….everything and tirelessly…extraordinary!
