When, 30 years ago, we decided to build the Kristall Hotel from scratch we knew that the great effort involved would be rewarded by we an equal share of satisfaction and joy. In order to satisfy the ever growing demand we have extended and renewed the Kristall Hotel into what it has become today: a house full of our own story, which gives its unique character, a combination of that special charm associated with tradition, modernity and quality. We have transmitted the passion for our professions down to our sons Dietmar, Oskar and Dagmar. They have grown in this profession with their respective families: Dietmar runs a hotel in Valles, Oskar has purchased the business from his parents in the summer 2008 and Dagmar has, in the same period, built an apartment-house only 20 m away from the hotel. We look forward to welcoming you to our world:

- Paul Erlacher, senior-chef and pioneer of the Kristall Hotel
- Frieda Erlacher, the senior landlady and ‘babysitter’…or the nephew’s ‘shelter’
- Oskar, landlord, tireless in his public relations and in all the work behind the scenes.
- Karin, Oskar’s wife, the house’s angel and reference for everything and everyone.
- Isabel, the eldest in the third generation of the Erlacher family. She grows in her parents’ house and has inherited all their sense of hospitality and the vitality.
- Niklas, laid back and interested in computers.
- Dagmar, the lovely voice at the reception, ready to help with anything.
- Paolo, originally from Bergamo, husband of Dagmar, taking care of bar and service.
- Franco, son of Dagmar and Paolo, inevitably the family’s ‘pet’.
